Returns

At MyaThreads, each product is custom printed specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
